CCG Miniature Swing Clamp – Compact Design and High Clamping Forces
- Compact hydraulic miniature swing clamp for automated clamping fixtures and jig construction
- This series features high clamping forces with minimal space requirements
- Two sizes available from CCG6-200CD to CCG8-200CD
- Clamping forces up to approx. 1.46 kN, depending on size and hydraulic pressure
- Max. operating pressure: 200 bar (200 kgf/cm²)
- Min. operating pressure: 30 bar (30 kgf/cm²)
- Total stroke from 10.8 to 14 mm, depending on size
- Hydraulic double-acting
Technical Notes:
- Actual clamping force depends on the hydraulic pressure and the length of the clamping arm used.
- Clamping and unclamping operations should not be operated at excessive speeds.
- The use of a flow control valve is recommended for targeted adjustment of the clamping speed.
