High-Precision Tool Clamping Units for Automatic Tool Changing
Reliable machine components are essential for smooth and fast automatic tool changing in CNC machining centers, milling machines and boring machines. Our mechanical SKT® tool clamping units ensure the secure pull-in, clamping and ejection of steep-taper tools.
Our product range includes precision-engineered versions for common tool interface standards:
- Model STC40-D40T: Designed for steep-taper tool holders according to DIN 69871 with pull studs according to DIN 69872 (SK40).
- Model STC40-P40T: Designed for BT40 / MAS403 tool systems.
Both versions offer a maximum permissible clamping force of 1,500 kgf and a recommended operating clamping force of 1,000 kgf. Upon request, we can also provide customized modifications to clamping force, seals and dimensions. Benefit from short lead times and high-quality industrial products!
